Equipamentos para o sarrafeamento

• O sarrafeamento de mão pode ser feito com régua de madeira ou régua de liga de magnésio.
• O acabamento deverá estar de 40 a 60 cm longe do lançamento.
• A madeira do sarrafeamento deverá ser limpa e reta (5 x 10cm sem curvas).
• O sarrafeamento com régua de liga de magnésio minimiza a aspereza da superfície e são preferidos para utilização de alguns tipos de salgamento.
