outra possibilidade. A denominacao de "filé" no Brasil pode ser bastante vaga, certamente nao é o "filé mignon", pois neste caso estaria especificado. O termo filé muitas vezes é usado para alcatra, fraldinha, capa de filé etc. Por isso sugiro usar "beef", como está aqui:

If this is an appetizer, I think that the "palito" refers to a very thin wooden skewer. But others seem to believe it refers to the shape in which the meat is cut....hence my "low" confidence
