Portuguese term

sonhar com vôos mais altos

Portuguese to English Other Idioms / Maxims / Sayings
I'm looking for a non-literal translation. I know that this could be "dream of flying higher", but I'm wondering whether anyone has any other ideas?

The phrase is taken from an interview with an employee of a Brazilian company, discussing what she believes is the best part of working there:

A empresa dá a todos a possibilidade de "sonhar com vôos mais altos".
