Tenho duas duvidas: a plavra organica (organic doesn't seem vey idiomatic in English --- metabolic? body??) e o termo "doenca serie" -- Nao sei o que querem dizer com o "série." pensei que fosse um erro (i.e., séria), mas duvido...

My bad... I should have specified that this was indeed a medical questionnaire for an alternative health practioner. I'm certainly more familiar with traditional medicine. The language was also quite basic and terms such as "systemic," which I personally love and use frequently :) would not be idiomatic in this context. Thanks everyone!

For the first part. Organic is perfectly acceptable. It is indeed, as far as I know, the most
widely used term to differentiate functional from organic disease. This means having to do
with a problem with the organ.
