Hi everyone - it's getting late and I'm really struggling with this construction - both in terms of a suitable translation for 'projectarse' in this context and what exactly the 'á' part of the phrase refers to - can anyone help?

This is the future tense. "Projetar-se-á" is the same as "se projetará". This part I´m sure of.
I have a very hard time understanding what this author is trying to say. I have no idea of what "despaisamento" is but I believe this "despaisamento" will project itself in the....

Project: Transfer from one domain into another, as of ideas and principles.
And my dictionary \"Wordweb\" gives no synonyms for \"project\" in this context.
