Но в принципе, "awards" лучше. The term also potentially jams very well with the term "prize": one can even say "Albert Camus was awarded a Nobel Prize. So it's ok... Так что не мучайтесь! :)))

Thanks, Mish. Depends on how formal is the text.If it's formal/bureaucratic and means business, then the use of two differen terms may not be skipped: indeed, there is or at least may be a big difference between a bonus and an award.

: I agree with your definition of perquiite but donn't know what the context is here. A perquisite is a benefit routinely or normally associated with a position; e.g., an automobile is a perquisite of the Prime Minister's office.

: Incentive is more general, for ex: Incentive Compensation Plan. Премия один из них. (Поощрительных выплат-Incentives). Irina, I did not mean your version is wrong, I just wanted to say this term has a much broader meaning. But it covers "премия" as well.

Look at the explanation, please. It refers to compensation and the variable pay as part of it. Tax incentives do exist but it is another story.

The relevant term in here is most probably "Bonus Awards" for both term in Russian, or "Bonuses and Bonus Awards". If Awards, it should come after Bonus. IMHO!

So, the specific term should be used here.
Michael - OK but EN premium has all the same meanings that you give for премиум.
Misha - not sure whether you're referring to perquisite as newsspeak but it's a formal EN word traditionally used just as I described. Newsspeak would be "benny," for benefit.
