This mixture of Russian and English is on the end of a certificate issued at the Adademy of Sciences in Odessa in the Ukraine for dental work.
The dental work done was 'root canal therapy' and there is mention of 'lateral compensation'.
I can find 'пломбн' on a google search but not with an English translation. Voco GmbH is a company that makes dental products and Amaris is one of their products. It looks like it is a composite. They also make Amaris caps. The certificate is handwritten but the word looks like 'Amaris.'
