Se llevó a cabo el desarme del motor y se pudo comprobar lo siguiente:
- La araña distribuidora de combustible del motor no tenia placa de datos de
identificación por lo cual no tendría trazabilidad, sin embargo esta se encontraba
correctamente armada de acuerdo al Manual de Servicio y funcionaba.

Transferencia de combustible:
Left and right defuelling valves connect their respective engine fuel manifolds with the fuelling manifold.
Fuel can be pumped from any tank to the corresponding engine fuel manifold by operating the tank fuel pumps. Opening the appropriate defuelling valve routes the fuel from the corresponding engine fuel manifold to the fuelling manifold.

The fuel lines to the fuel distribution manifold were disconnected and no fuel was present. Several fuel injector lines were disconnected and one or two drops of fuel were noted. Further inspection of the fuel tanks revealed the left outboard fuel tank contained approximately one quart of 100 low lead fuel.
