Spanish term

Evaluación, Aprendizaje y Uso de Rúbricas

Spanish to English Law/Patents Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs
This is a subject listed in a school transcript, from a school in Saltillo (Coahuila), Mexico called Escuela Internacional de Saltillo. "Rúbricas" is where my doubt arises, as I don't think it's referring to initials in the legal sense.

Assessment, Learning and Use of Rubrics

As simple as that. Rubrics (rúbricas) as assessment instruments:

"In education terminology, rubric means "a scoring guide used to evaluate the quality of students' constructed responses""
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rubric_(academic)

They're international: much used in Europe these days. Here's a Mexican article about them:

(In American English you're probably going to want another comma after "Learning".)

Thanks, Dariusz :)
agree Robert Carter : I didn't realise the Oxford comma is an American thing, I generally just use it when clarity requires it. So much to learn, always... //Good to know, thanks.

Thanks, Robert. It's more common in AmE, being mandatory in several major US style guides (inc. Chicago).
