Spanish term

subir línea, bajar línea

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Computers: Software
I'm just translating a software program and I can't find a parallel text where to find how English programs say "subir línea, bajar línea" refering to rows in a table. Can anyone just have a look at Excel or any other program and tell me? Many thanks
