Spanish term

141+g.gorda

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering Fire protection/prevention systems
The above is an entry in the Sprinkler Protection Summary Table taken from an audit report on fire protection and prevention for a vehicel manufacturer.

The entry is in a column headed "Rated T° of sprinklers
(°C)". Other entries in the column are "141", "141/68" and "68". The entry quoted above is for a building with a glass roof, unlike most of the others. However, other entries for buildings with a glass roof are: "74/93/141+Elo", "68+ELO" and "93/141+Elo".

Any help greatly appreciated.

I am also unfamiliar with these terms, but try to help and maybe we can get the answer. Hope it works, good luck!
Chris Pott (asker) Sep 23, 2009:
Thanks. I had absolutely no idea what the "g." could stand for. Please excuse me: I am very sprinkler-illiterate.
Emma Ratcliffe Sep 23, 2009:
g.gorda is a term to identify the "gota gorda" = size of drop, would this help you? I suddenly feel it is about the extension of sprinkle plus the size of the drop that helps prevent/extinguish fire if it happens.
