Spanish term

murete de sacrificio

Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering
Building specifications from Spain for translation to British English.

Murete = dwarf wall or similar, but what makes it "de sacrificio"?

(small) sacrificial wall

I think this is the term used in English.

See
Central to that achievement was the cloaking of the building’s massive in-situ concrete structure in a delicate sacrificial wall of full-height glazing. The bronze anodised aluminium fins that support this outer layer perform a function akin to a peristyle of columns, adjusting the building’s scale and lending it an expansive, confidently civic expression.
