agree Donald Scott Alexander : Spanish "cuenta con" is just fancy for English "has." English "emblematic" works well for Spanish "emblemático." Including "its" makes the target term a bit more natural-sounding in English. And I can easily imagine a cuisine having an ambassador!

It seems that the name of the restaurant would come before the word "restaurant" in English, and for some reason I preferred the word "exemplar", but perhaps that's just down to personal preference. In all honesty, because "emblematic" and "ambassador/symbol/exemplar" etc more or less just mean "representative", perhaps you could just admit one?
