spicy biscuit

As you may know, diablo(a) originally means "devil" but when used in culinary sense, it refers to a cuisine with a mixture of spices. Galleta I think means biscuits.

Devil=to prepare (food) by coating with a highly flavoured spiced mixture

agree franglish : I'll bet one of the ingredients is chilli! hot & spicy biscuit? the devil's own biscuit?

disagree Lydia De Jorge : A Devil Cookie is made with chocolate and is a dessert. Not likely based on the context.

spiced cracker

I would use 'spiced' rather than 'spicy'. I think this is likely to be something thin and crispy, so cracker rather than biscuit.
