This is an office within a Spanish university that according to the client "se encarga del pago de dietas,
tesis doctorales y gestión de billetes de avión y demás"
I don't think that it would be Bursar's office (bills and collects tuition, fees, campus housing, and other university related charges) or Payroll office. Any ideas?
