Academic transcript
This is on an academic transcript from Colombia. Not a lot of context. These are just 2 of the options appearing under a list preceded by the words "Los tipos de notas corresponden a lo siguiente" (others on the list include 'curso de verano', 'cursada normal' etc.).
I'm not sure I understand the difference between 'transferencia' and 'traslado' here, and I need to put something different for each. I assume I could use 'transfer' for one, but which one? And what about the other?
Any help would be much appreciated!

"Transferencia" refers to what we normally call transfer: when a student has transferred to the course from another course at a different institution. "Traslado" refers to transferring to another degree program at the same institution, whether in the same subject area or a different one.
It will be "program" or "programme" according to which variety of English you're using. I believe "program" is now preferred in Australia. Or you could put "change of course".
The following is from the "Instructivo Registro de Equivalencias" from the Universidad del Valle in Colombia:
