Before you criticize my answer you should LOOK at the WEB PAGE I mentioned. Do you think that this european programme is also incorrect? : *Environment Friendly Agriculture* at www.efa.sk ?

: I think it's too harsh to give a disagree for "environment-friendly" even if it were incorrect, but I don't think it is: see analogy with "user-friendly". What makes it correct is the dash. Without the dash I would agree with muitoprazer
