Sorry to get back so late, long day....
it seems like the expenses where for the contract from the very beginning. So, the expenses were paid TO the insurance FROM the beginning of the contract. Am I right? You might have to re-word this a bit. To make it look right and with no misunderstandings. Thats why I hate doing legal stuff, LOL. But once you understand whats happening, its ok.
