Spanish term

no está incurso en violaciones de ética

It is further put on the record that the aforementioned Dentist is not involved in any breach of ethics

has committed no violation of professional ethics

"Ethics violations" has to my ear an unpleasant ring, and is somewhat grammatically incongruous because it involves a noun modifying another noun.

Please see dentistry-specific references that I have provided for my phrasing.

Suerte.

"Violation" OR "violations". I think the singular sounds better, and the meaning of the original is preserved.
