To my mind, you don't need to mention the fact that it was a labour suit at all; that's obvious given that the lawsuit was brought for unfair dismissal, which is by nature a labour-related complaint/claim.
"...company that was sued for unfair dismissal by three of its former employees during the time XX was its legal representative."
"...company that was sued for unfair dismissal by three of its former employees during the time XX was its legal representative."

: Of course, that's the bottom line of the expression in Spanish, but the text did not say 'fue demandado'.

Thanks, Francois. Well, if it's the bottom line, I think you have consider translating it that way instead of looking for non-idiomatic or clumsy ways to say the same thing.

receive a work-related (UK: industrial/employment tribunal) complaint
The ordinary courts in England & Wales can also deal with an arrears of pay claim from an employee.
Otherwise emplyoment tribunals dispose of complaints for unfair dismissal (at English Common Law) e.g. for redundancy > remedy: *compensation* or of a claim for wrongful dismissal > remedy: contractual *damages* e.g. in lieu of notice for breach of an employment contract.
