I think that Liz's answer is right. I am 99% sure that "enjaulada" is a literal Spanish version from articles written in English with the word "caged".

I'm seeing this term occasionally, used in the exact same way, in records from Barcelona... so maybe it's a sort of local term of art. But I got a clue from an angioplasty report in another record, where the same kind of incident is described as the diagonal branch being "compromised" (and a note that the doc is not concerned because it is a very small vessel). So I believe the idea here is that, in some cases, a stent cannot be deployed in the Cx without somehow impinging on the marginal branch and compromising its integrity -- I'm going with "compromised" for this term. ¿Qué les parece? Thanks, ladies.
