No adventitious sounds are heard. Abnormal Intensity of breath sounds, in general, is a good index of ventilation of the underlying lung.
Adventitious sounds refer to sounds that are heard in addition to the expected breath sounds mentioned above. The most commonly heard adventitious sounds include crackles, rhonchi, and wheezes

COSNAUTAS + Abreviaturas Medicas
Cosnautas is the best, most comprehensive online resource for Spanish medical initialisms, acronyms and abbreviations. It contains well over 30,000 entries and gives multiples options (sometimes dozens) for their meanings.
It's free to use; you just have to register on the site.
See: www.cosnautas.com
Then there's Ian Beattie's hard-copy masterwork, with over 14,000 entries. Not quite as many as Cosnautas, but he provides the English meaning for every one of the entries in the book. This is Medical Abbreviations Spanish-English, or its Spanish version: Abreviaturas Médicas Español Inglés. You can find it and buy it online.

Discussion
Por ejemplo, en inglés resulta habitual la referencia en este contexto a clear breath sounds.
"Clear breath sounds mean that you hear air traveling in and out of one lung or the other, or both lungs, and that there are no adventitious sounds."

Así, por ejemplo, MVC sin RA podría leerse sencillamente como clear breath sounds in all lung fields.
Y de querer incluir específicamente "sin RA", aun resultando redundante, pej.:
lung sounds are clear in all lobes bilaterally without rales, ronchi, or wheezes.
O bien,
lung sounds clear bilaterally in all lobes. No adventitious sounds.
