Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Colombian Discharge Summary

This is from a discharge report form from Colombia. In one section, it lists the medications the patient had been taking when admitted: the name of the medication, the quantity, and the dosage. After the list, there is a section of medical orders. below that, there are two columns, Concepto and Servicio, giving a test or procedure and the itemized breakdown of it. After that, there is a line that says "Conducta Urgencias and Pendiente nueva valoracion", and under that, "Estado a la Salida" and "Vivo". So far so good, this is what happened in the ER.

But when the patient is discharged, there is the same list of medications (to be filled by the patient at their pharmacy, to take at home), then an ORDERS section, which lists medical fees and their itemized breakdown, and then again "Conducta Urgencias and Alta de Hospitalizacion". Under that is "Estado a la Salida" and "Vivo" again.

I can't figure out what "Conducta Urgencias" is. It doesn't make sense that it was in the ER in the second context; the patient was discharged from Internal Medicine. Is there anyone familiar with this form in Colombia? It appears to be a standard form used in the Colombian Healthcare System.
