Spanish term
muerte tecnologizada
Spanish to English

Medical (general)
• Bloquean camas a pacientes recuperables (maleficencia).

technologization of death

: Your first link seems to suggest that "medicalization/technologization" of death are both suitable, however, this source text appears to be originally in Arabic (?) and "technologization..." gets barely any Google hits. Your 2nd link is a Spanish source!

...
Prolongs suffering. (Inefficiency)
...
Lack of dignity in death. (___)
So, trying to figure out what he means by his phrase, using the word "technology", in the context of the "ICU":
- hooking a person up to machines to sustain his vitals
- when he is clearly going to die in only a matter of time
- is immoral and insensitive use of modern technology.
you instead point to the common term referring to keeping someone alive via tubes plugged in up and down their body.

[over]medicalised death
"Medicalised death" was my first thought when I saw this term...
Read this article from UCL. Implies that a "medicalised" death is one which has "a high level of involvement from doctors and technology."

Quote: "Today our societal avoidance of death has led, in part, to “medicalized” dying, by which we mean a dying process facilitated or prolonged by medical intervention."

: At least this expression is somewhat familiar in English. Anyway, I hope this serves as consolation to the tragedy that was the selected answer.
