agree David Cahill : Could they be fork-lifts too?

They could indeed, but not all lifting equipment is fork-lift (ie for pallets). Thanks David.
agree arusso : fork lifts is the word, motorized or hand driven

Varios. Ver explicación.

Supongo que el término que te preocupa es "zorras". Dado que tiene diversas traducciones, sería necesario tener una imagen para poder precisar.
Te doy respuestas:
1 - Sel-loading skidder
2 - kiln bunk o kiln truck
3 - drug
4 - bummer

Espero que te sea de ayuda.
Saludos

with heavy equipment, it is mor likely to be a 'dolly' than a 'hand truck'. (Definitions provided by Louis Robb).
