Hi, it reads like this: Cuando los personajes de un dibujante aparecen en las paredes de las calles, ya puede considerárselo un autor de culto.De culto is a phrase used very frequently here in Argentina, but Iam not so sure about its exact equivalent!

No sé si está invertido el orden del par de idiomas, pero supongo que quieres saber si "cult author" es una expresión igualmente habitual ¿es eso?
