Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Ships, Sailing, Maritime Knots

From descriptions of knots from Spain for translation to English (ideally British). The basic "as de guía" is a bowline, so this is a variant on that knot. Please note that although the description says "o doble", this is NOT a double bowline - the "as de guía por seno" has double thickness of rope in the loop, where the "double bowline" does not.
