It is what children and older boys do when they play (soccer) football in a very informal, casual way in a park or in the street, with just a ball and something resembling two goals (perhaps a couple of stones on each side).

(street) pick-up game (of soccer)

'pick-up' is the equivalent slang expression for picadito. It means improvised; at the spur of the moment.
