HI Adam. Ed's answer is good enough, but just a note about the wording. IMO, it's the "constatación" that should be fehaciente, not the injury. i.e. it seems that the injury should be proven in one way or other. :O) :O)

No doubt about misplaced fehaciente - even so it´s not wildly satisfactory!
