The problem is, that there is not much context. It is a Total entreprenad, Upphandlings-PM. In the article AFD.11 Kontraktshandlingar are named many documents, and there is clause:
Övriga handlingar: Skedetidsplan, Översikt arbeten, Avs. Tvärbanan samt kringliggande projekt.

My thoughts Where I work, we do have this "Overview of jobs" when we have maintenance stop. To see what people do and where they do it. It's a matter of safety and to be able to follow the time line.

The example of supervise jobs is in my opinion more to make sure that the jobs are being done.
