From the first reference, I found a Kubal video where I'm pretty sure the truck appears in the video at around 5m 40s;
Finally, after lots of searching, these seem to be called "slag pot transporters" that come in all shapes and sizes so don't be put off if they don't all look like the Kubal truck

Discussion
Looks like there are lots of names for this type of vehicle. I've now found "Crucible Transport and Tilting Vehicle" at: https://www.techmo.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/MTV-in-ope...
Interestingly, Deane's find is closest to the Swedish but probably the least clear in relation to the design of the truck.
All the suggestions seem to be good of course and going in the same direction :)
