Turkish term

eskiye ait

Turkish to English Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters Autopsy report
Context: Burnun sağ kısmında eskiye ait olduğu değerlendirilen yara bulunduğu görüldü. This is again a sentence from the autopsy report. Am I correct that the wound in the right part of the nose was thought to be a pre-existing one (i.e. from before the car accident that the autopsy report relates to?). Thank you for your suggestions.

Considering a human life span being too short.

disagree Tim Drayton : There are more precise ways of rendering this term in English, as the other reply shows.
