Follow-up letters for outsourcers, PMs and clients Jul 5, 2013

After the close of a translation project, especially large ones, where I may collaborate with other translators working on the same project for several days, or even weeks. I try to send a letter to the PM or job coordinator to thank him/her for the opportunity and for the support given to the translating team during the project.
A good topic might be discussing the the best way to do this.
