Source text - English Indications
Spasmo-Cibalgin is used to relieve brief episodes of spastic pain e.g. pain referable to gastrointestinal tract, billiary passages, or urogenital tract; dysmenorrhea. Spasmo-Cibalgin Comp. (supp.) relieves in addition to the above post-traumatic and post-operative pain associated with spasm (also in gynecology).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the active substances, G6PDH deficiency, porphyria, glaucoma, megacolon, chronic constipation. Spasmo-Cibalgin Comp. is also contraindicated in conditions involving central respiratory depression and in patients with a history of alcohol abuse or abuse of (centrally acting) drugs.
Precautions
Like all analgesics, Spasmo-Cibalgin, and Spasmo-Cibalgin Comp. should not be taken continuously over a prolonged period. Caution should be exercised in the presence of hepatic, renal and blood disorders as well as in patients suffering from asthma.

موانع الاستعمال
حساسية لأي من المواد الفعالة، وعوز G6PDH، البورفيريا، الزرق، تضخم القولون، و الإمساك المزمن.
يمنع استعمال سباسمو-سيبالجين أيضا في الظروف التي تنطوي على وسط هبوط في التنفس وفي المرضى الذين لديهم تاريخ تعاطي الكحول أو تعاطي المخدرات (التي تعمل مركزيا).
تحذيرات الاستعمال
مثل جميع المسكنات وسباسمو-سيبالجين سباسمو-سيبالجين الحقلين ينبغي إلا تؤخذ بشكل مستمر على مدى فترة طويلة.وينبغي توخي الحذر في حالات الفشل الكلوي، وأمراض الدم، وكذلك الحال في حال المرضى الذين يعانون من الربو
