Grew up in California, USA. Studied literature at Chio State U. and Applied Linguistics at U. of Michigan. Moved on to Germany, China, Indonesia, Malaysia. Now residing in Germany.

clarity, quality — these are the 3 cornerstones of my work as a translator and
editor/proofreader, primarily in industrial processes,
communication technology, security systems and the arts. I relish new
challenges. My personal interests range from funky guitar jamming to reading modern fiction (Thomas Bernhard, L-F Céline, David Foster Wallace). I keep my energy
and inspiration tanked up through creative writing, tennis, yoga and long
walks.
