Source text - Spanish DISPOSICIÓN TRANSITORIA PRIMERA. Contratos celebrados a partir del 9 de mayo de 1985.
1. Los contratos de arrendamiento de vivienda celebrados a partir del 9 de mayo de 1985 que subsistan a la fecha de entrada en vigor de la presente Ley, continuarán rigiéndose por lo dispuesto en el artículo 9 del Real Decreto-Ley 2/1985, de 30 de abril, sobre medidas de política económica, y por lo dispuesto para el contrato de inquilinato en el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos, aprobada por Decreto 4104/1964, de 24 de diciembre.
Será aplicable a estos contratos lo dispuesto en los apartados 2 y 3 de la Disposición Transitoria Segunda.
La tácita reconducción prevista en el artículo 1566 del Código Civil lo será por un plazo de tres años, sin perjuicio de la facultad de no renovación prevista en el artículo 9 de esta Ley. El arrendamiento renovado se regirá por lo dispuesto en la presente ley para los arrendamientos de vivienda.
2. Los contratos de arrendamiento de local de negocio celebrados a partir del 9 de mayo de 1985, que subsistan en la fecha de entrada en vigor de esta Ley, continuarán rigiéndose por lo dispuesto en el artículo 9 del Real Decreto-Ley 2/1985, de 30 de abril, y por lo dispuesto en el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos de 1964. En el caso de tácita reconducción conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 1566 del Código Civil, el arrendamiento renovado se regirá por las normas de la presente ley relativas a los arrendamientos para uso distinto al de vivienda.
Lo dispuesto en el párrafo anterior será de aplicación a los contratos de arrendamiento asimilados al de inquilinato y al de local de negocio que se hubieran celebrado a partir del 9 de mayo de 1985 y que subsistan en la fecha de entrada en vigor de esta Ley.
Translation - English FIRST TRANSITIONAL PROVISION Contracts entered into from the 9th of May 1985 onwards
1. Housing rental contracts entered into from the 9th of May 1985 onwards that are still in place on the date of entry into force of this law will continue to be governed by the provisions of article 9 of Royal Decree-Law 2/1985, of 30th of April, on economic policy measures, and by the provisions for tenancy agreements in the Consolidated Text of the Urban Rental Law, approved by Decree 4104/1964, of the 24th of December.
The provisions of points 2 and 3 of the Second Transitional Provision will apply to these contracts.
Tacit renewal as established by article 1566 of the Civil Code will apply for a period of three years, without prejudice to the non-renewal powers established by article 9 of this law. Renewed rental agreements will be governed by the provisions of this law for housing rental.
2. Business premises rental contracts entered into from the 9th of May 1985 onwards that are still in place on the date of entry into force of this law will continue to be governed by the provisions of article 9 of Royal Decree-Law 2/1985, of the 30th of April, and by the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the Urban Rental Law of 1964. In the case of tacit renewal in accordance with the provisions of article 1566 of the Civil Code, renewed rental will be governed by the regulations of this law relating to rentals for non-housing purposes.
The provisions of the previous paragraph will apply to rental contracts for housing and business premises that were entered into from the 9th of May 1985 onwards and that are still in force on the date of entry into force of this Law.

I have translated a variety of legal documents, such as different types of contracts, terms and conditions, tender documents, wills and letters from authorities such as the Spanish Central Criminal Records Office, as well as certificates, application forms and CVs.
Gastronomy:
Having always had an interest in food and gastronomy, this was a natural specialisation for me. In my free time I enjoy learning about food from all over the world and trying out new recipes, giving me a strong theoretical and practical knowledge of this field.
In the past, I’ve worked on recipes and restaurant menus, as well as copy for producers of pork and beef, not including numerous occasions where I’ve translated a recipe to cook it in my own time.
