If you participate in the Long Term Extension and your study doctor thinks you are not improving (or have stopped improving) while receiving study drug, you may be given a higher dose of study drug for the rest of the Long Term Extension. If you are already receiving the highest dose of the study drug, you will receive a single, blinded, sham (fake) increase for the rest of the LTE. From this point on, all references to the word “study drug” can now mean ХХХХ, ХХХХ, or placebo. At some point in your treatment, the study may be unblinded.
