German term

Kraftfahrz. St / StNr.

German to English Bus/Financial
Again on the subkect "Bescheid für Einkommensteuer"

Nachweis der Verrechnung:
Aufrechnung mit fälligen Beträgen
Säum.Z Kraftfahrz. St
7.11.00 für 1.01.01
zur StNr. KH-SM123/6

Please, can anyone confirm if St after Kraftfahrzeug refers to Stunden and also the meaning of what comes after that??? Am getting confused here. Are these dates and number plate and if yes what does it really mean? Hate to translate without understanding the issue 100%
Thanks a million!

vehicle tax

Säum.Z Kraftfahrz. St
7.11.00 für 1.01.01
zur StNr. KH-SM123/6

The St. refers to Steuer, i.e. tax
SäumZ. is Säumniszuschlag, i.e. a late payment penalty
7.11.00 and 1.01.01 are dates; (presumably the vehicle tax was due on Nov. 7, 2000)
StNr. = Steuernummer, i.e. a tax ID no., and KH-SM123/6 is that number

Hope this help shed some light! Good luck.

motorvehicle tax / tax (payer) number/id

Säum(nis) Z(uschlag) = late fee
Kraftfahrz(eug) St(euer) = motorvehicle tax [Germany taxes based on the displacement of the engine]
7. Nov. 00 for/effective 1. Jan. 01
regarding
St(euer)N(umme)r = (car) tax (payer's) id/number

KH-SM123 would be a license plate; don't have any explanation for the "/6" behind that number, though.
