Para las operaciones realizadas en el extranjero, la Banca repercutirá al Titular el contravalor en euros de la divisa en que se formalizó la operación, aplicándose los tipos de cambio vigentes en el momento ***en que se satisfagan los importes por los diferentes Centros de Compensación o intercambio***.

I've often seen Centros de Compensación as "clearing houses" - does this simply mean "covering the amount charged by the clearing houses" or is there something more to this I'm not seeing?
