sobresuelo

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Agreements / Contracts
It has to do with "aires"

Context:

surface (air space)

I am offering this solution based on an event that happened to me some time ago: I was asked by a neighbor whether I would permit the use of "my airspace" so that he could have a crane swing a huge rock
into his pool area (and this was only possible by going over my surface air space).
Peer comment(s):

agree Leticia Reynoso (X) : California Real Estate License School Definition: LAND (Boundaries) 1. Surface: The area on the surface of the Earth3. Airspace: Infinite height. Due to modern changes it is subject to air travel and may be used only to a "Reasonable And Enjoyable Height"
