Does anyone know where I can access copies of the Gazetta Ufficiale della Repubblica Italiana translated into English?

I don't think such a thing exists. AFAIK the only official gazette that exists in multiple languages is OJEU - the Official Journal of the European Union - which is translated into all the official languages of the EU.
