"I'd like to invite you to sign up for any of the powwows to be held in China on September 29 as part of the world celebration of Translator's Day " I have no problem with 6th. Oct, but I believe it's better to have the activity at this weekend as it would match the spirit of Powwow: celebrating together. So if some people have to work that day, we can have it in the evening.

I don't think "the morning of 6th. Oct. 2007" will be a good timing. Maybe some of us are still on travel or on the way back home. This coming saturday will be ok, since most of us is still in Shanghai. Of course, it needs to be scheduled in the evevning, say, from 7:00 pm.
