نتيجة للأوضاع المأساوية في سوريا ولما يعانيه الشعب، وخاصة النساء وكذا الأطفال داخل سوريا، وكذلك فى خارجها في دول اللجوء والمخيمات وأماكن النزوح من مآسي وضغوط واستهداف للنساء، وكرامتهن والتمادي من قبل البعض في استغلال الاوضاع المعيشية للعائلات وخاصة النساء لإجبارهن على التخلي عن حقوقهن وحقوق غيرهن، ارتأت المنظمة العربية لحقوق الانسان - عبر مكتبها للمرأة والطفل - تشكيل "رابطة سوريات" تضم جميع النساء السوريات في دول اللجوء بغض النظر عن انتمائهن العرقي أو الطائفي أو الاثني (عدا اللاتي أُدن بجرم جنائي او ثبت عليهن سوء السمعة والعمل الفاضح أو التصدي للمتظاهرين أو وقفن ضد الثورة بأي شكل كان) .
لا تتبع هذه الرابطة، وليست لها علاقة بأي تشكيل أو تكتل سياسي خارج سوريا أو داخلها. تعمل تحت إشراف المنظمة العربية لحقوق الانسان.
Translation - English Souriyat Association
Constitutive Statement
Due to the tragic situation in Syria and its painful ramifications on the Syrian people, especially women and children inside Syria and abroad, in countries of asylum, refugee camps, and places of displacement and considering all the tragic incidents happening to women, strains on their lives, targeting their dignity, in addition to exploitation of their dire living conditions by pushing them into abandoning their legitimate rights; Arab Organization for Human Rights, AOHR – through its Women and Child Bureau – hence resolved to establish “Souriyat Association” to be an integrative framework for all Syrian women in asylum countries regardless of race, sect, or ethnicity (except those who have been convicted of criminal offenses, proved to be of bad reputation and profane actions, thwarting peaceful demonstrators, or working against the Syrian Revolution in any form whatsoever).
Souriyat Association does not follow and is not related to any political bodies inside or outside Syria. Souriyat Association Works under the auspices of the AOHR.
