La presente offerta riguarda la fornitura di un generatore di vapore surriscaldato alimentato con gas naturale (metano) e con scarti liquidi e gassosi dai processi produttivi della XXXXX.
Il luogo di installazione è lo stabilimento di XXXXX, la fornitura sostituisce l’esistente caldaia GM 50-39
Secondo l’esperienza di YYYYY è conveniente avere la combustione degli scarti liquidi in una camera di combustione adiabatica separata dalla camera di combustione del generatore di vapore. Per questo motivo vengono presentate due alternative:
• Una offerta base, in accordo al Capitolato di Gara di XXXXX, che prevede la combustione del gas naturale e degli scarti di lavorazione nella stessa camera di combustione del generatore di vapore.
• Una offerta alternativa, migliorativa rispetto al Capitolato di Gara di XXXXX, che prevede la combustione degli scarti liquidi in una camera di combustione adiabatica separata dal generatore di vapore e la combustione degli scarti gassosi nella camera di combustione del generatore di vapore.

Camera di combustione
La camera di combustione ad asse orizzontale riceve i gas caldi generati dal pre-combustore. Le pareti della camera sono parzialmente costruite in tubi membranati facenti parte del circuito evaporante della caldaia, e parzialmente in blindatura di acciaio.
I tubi che costituiscono le pareti vengono alimentati con acqua dal corpo cilindrico superiore attraverso tubi di caduta esterni.
L’acqua risale i tubi che formano le pareti per circolazione naturale. Viene riscaldata per irraggiamento dai gas di combustione contenuti nella camera.
Il lato interno delle pareti della camera di combustione è parzialmente rivestito con materiale refrattario per limitare lo scambio termico in quelle zone più esposte direttamente alla fiamma dei bruciatori.
Sulla testa della camera vengono installati anche i bruciatori a gas naturale e viene realizzato il collegamento con il postcombustore esterno ove vengono bruciati i residui di stabilimento (SEC, X-oli, ecc.).
Il gas caldo a circa 1050 °C proveniente dal postcombustore esterno si miscela con quello di combustione del gas naturale.
Il flusso omogeneizzato dei vari gas percorre la camera di combustione.
Dopo aver ceduto calore per irraggiamento alle pareti della camera di combustione viene addotto alla sezione di scambio termico convettiva.

Настоящее предложение касается поставки генератора перегретого пара, питаемого природным газом (метаном) и жидкими и газообразными отходами производственных процессов XXXXX.
Место установки – предприятие XXXXX, поставляемое оборудование заменит действующий котёл GM 50-39.
Согласно опыту YYYYY, более удобным является метод, при котором сгорание жидких отходов происходит в адиабатической камере сгорания, отделенной от камеры сгорания генератора пара. По этой причине здесь представлены две альтернативы:
• Базовое предложение, соответствующее Техническому заданию XXXXX, предусматривающее сжигание природного газа и отходов производства в одной камере сгорания генератора пара.
• Альтернативное предложение, улучшенное по отношению к Техническому заданию XXXXX, предусматривающее сжигание жидких отходов в адиабатической камере сгорания, отделенной от генератора пара, и сжигание газообразных отходов в камере сгорания генератора пара.

Камера сгорания
Камера сгорания с горизонтальной осью принимает горячие газы, производимые камерой предварительного сгорания.
Стены камеры частично сооружены из мембранных труб, являющихся частью выпаривающей системы, и частично из стальной брони.
В трубы, являющиеся частью стенок, подается вода из верхнего барабана котла через внешние самотёчные трубы.
Вода вновь поднимается по трубам, образующим стенки, для естественной циркуляции. Она разогревается от испускаемых газов сгорания, содержащихся в камере.
Внутренние поверхности стен камеры сгорания частично облицованы жаростойким материалом для того, чтобы ограничить теплообмен в областях, наиболее подверженных прямому воздействию пламени горелок.
В верхней части камеры установлены горелки для природного газ; там происходит соединение с внешним дожигателем, где сжигаются отходы производства предприятия (СЭК, Х-масла, и т.д.).
Горячий газ с температурой приблизительно 1050 °C из внешнего дожигателя смешивается с газом, получаемым от сжигания природного газа.
Гомогенизированный поток различных газов протекает через камеру сгорания.
После отдачи тепло, испускаемое на стенки камеры сгорания, принимается в конвективную секцию теплообмена.
