Bio

Having a BBA in accounting and finance and 15+ years of professional experience in financial administration partly in international companies operating in English gives me a strong background for translating. In addition to my professional field, I am interested in a variety of other fields of business and areas of life, such as arts, animals/pets, environment, health and well-being and so on. To satisfy my curious mind, I read loads of publications, news articles and books both in English and in Finnish.

Having always been interested in foreign languages, I decided to study English language and translation alongside working a few years back. My love for languages, writing and translating has grown stronger during the years. I switched into working mainly in translation at the end of 2019 and completed my BA in June 2020.
