A new scammer today

Yesterday, I received my first message via Proz.
I thought it was related to a new project, as the scammer mentioned.
She requested to communicate with her through email. I similarly copied her email and pasted it in my email subject, and sent her "Welcome". No reply by her.
Today she sent me 2 emails mentioning a long story that was not related to translation or even linguistic matter.

I hope that Proz would ban those kinds of scams/scammers once and for all!

I do not know what's worse, the scam itself, or the fact that she (or a he pretending to be a she) keeps coming back and won't be stopped
