Duties: Started, owned and managed (together with two colleagues) Palex Ltd., a reputed translation agency in Russia. Established workflows, QA procedures, managed projects, worked with clients.
Authored the idea and managed the development of a QA tool (Verifika).
Left the company to get back to the freelance career.
