Source text - Armenian Ներքին պահանջարկի ապահովման նպատակով սույն կարգի 9-րդ կետի ա) ենթակետով նախատեսված հզորությունների օգտագործման անհրաժեշտության դեպքում Համակարգի օպերատորը դադարեցնում է արտահանումը:
Սույն կարգի 9-րդ կետի բ) ենթակետով նախատեսված դեպքում արտահանումը դադրեցվում է այդ սարքավորումների անաշխատունակության դեպքում, եթե էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգը հնարավորություն չունի շարուն ակել արտահանումը ներքին սպառման համար նախատեսված պահուստային հզորությունների հաշվին:
Եթե էլեկտրաէներգետիկական համակարգը հնարավորություն ունի պահուստային հզորությունների հաշվին շարունակելու արտահանումը, ապա յադ հզորությունների պատվիրատու հանդիսացող Բաշխողի վճարը Արտահանողի հետ էլեկտրաէներգիայի պայմանագիր կնքած Արտադրողից պակասեցվում է հետևյալ բանաձևով հաշվարկված չափով

N անվ – արտահանման համար ներգրավված ագրեգատի (բլոկի) անվանական հզորությունն է:
t’ արտ – հատուկ արտահանման համար գործարկված սարքավորման անաշխատունակության ժամանակահատվածն է (ժամ), որի ընթացքում արտահանում իրականացվում է ներքին սպառման հուսալիությունը ապահովող պահուստներից:
Արտադրողի կողմից Արտահանողին էլեկտրաէներգիայի առաքումն իրականացվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներքին շուկայում այդ Արտադրողի համար Հանձնաժողովի կողմից սահմանված էներգիայի և հզորության սակագնային դրույքներով:
Եթե Արտադրողը արտահանման նպատակով էլեկտրաէներգիայի առքուվաճառքի պայմանագրեր է կնքել մի քանի Արտահանողների հետ միևնույն պայմաններով` սույն կարգի 9-րդ կետի համաձայն, ապա Արտահանողների համար առանց խտրականության գործում են միևնույն սակագները:
Translation - English In case of necessity of utilization of the power provided by sub-item a) of Item 9 of this Regulation with the purpose of meeting the domestic demand, System operator shall halt the export.
The export as stipulated by sub-item b) of Item 9 of this Regulation shall be terminated in case of non-operability of those equipments, provided the electric energy system does not have the capacities to continue export from power in reserve designed for internal consumption.
If the electric energy system has the capacities to continue export from power (capacities) in reserve, then the payment of the Distributer, as client of these capacities, to Generator, holding a contract of electricity purchase and sale with Exporter, is reduced by the size calculated with the following formula:
RP = tNr x Nnom t’ exp / tmon
in which:
N nom – is the nominal capacity of the aggregate (unit) included for the purpose of export.
t’exp - is the time period (hours) of non-operability of the equipment put into re-operation especially for the purpose of export, during which export is carried out from reserves that guantee the reliability of internal consumption.
Electricity delivery from Generator to Exporter shall be carried out by the energy and power tariff rates set by the Commission for that Generator in the internal market of the Republic of Armenia.
In circumstances wherein the Generator has concluded several contracts of electric energy purchase and sale for the purpose of export with several Exporters at the same terms and conditions, pursuant to Item 9 of this Regulation, the same rates shall be applied for all Exporters without any distinction.

Source text - English SECTION 18. Prohibited Conduct. The following general principles will apply:
(a) Applications for employment by relatives and those who have a personal relationship with an employee of XXX or an XXX vendor will be evaluated based on the same qualification standards used to assess other applicants.
(b) Officers, managers and supervisors will not make hiring decisions about their relatives or a person with whom they have a personal relationship, or attempt to influence hiring decisions made by others.
(c) A supervisory employee will not supervise a relative or a person with whom he or she has a personal relationship. Unless there are particular operational difficulties, relatives or employees who have a personal relationship generally are permitted to work in the same department, provided no direct reporting or supervisor-to-subordinate relationship exists.
(d) No employee, including officers, managers and supervisors, will make work-related decisions, or provide input into work-related decisions made by others, involving his or her relative or employee with whom he or she has a personal relationship, even if he or she does not directly supervise that person. This includes, but is not limited to, decisions about hiring, wages, hours, benefits, assignments, evaluations, training, discipline, promotions, and transfers.
(e) Any exceptions to the provisions of this Section must be approved in writing by the Department/Program Head and the Human Resources Director.
Translation - Armenian ՄԱՍ 18. Արգելված վարք: Կիրառելի են հետևյալ ընդհանուր սկզբունքները.
ա/ XXX-ի որևէ աշխատակցի կամ XXX-ի վաճառողի ազգականների կամ վերջիններիս հետ անձնական հարաբերություն ունեցող անհատների աշխատանքի դիմումները գնահատվում են այն նույն չափանիշներով, որոնք նախատեսված են այլ դիմորդներին գնահատելու համար:
բ/ Պաշտոնյաները, ղեկավարները և վերահսկիչները չեն կարող աշխատանքի ընդունման որոշումներ կայացնել կամ այլապես ազդեցություն գործել այլոց կողմից ընդունվող որոշումների վրա իրենց ազգականների կամ այն անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնց հետ ունեն անձնական հարաբերություն:
գ/ Վերահսկող պաշտոն զբաղեցնող աշխատակիցը չի կարող իր վերահսկողության տակ ունենալ իր ազգականին կամ այնպիսի անհատի, ում հետ ունի անձնական հարաբերություն: Եթե առկա չեն կոնկրետ գործունեության դժվարություններ, ապա, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ազգականներին և միմյանց հետ անձնական հարաբերություն ունեցող աշխատակիցներին թույլատրվում է աշխատել միևնույն բաժնում, եթե գոյություն չունի ուղիղ հաշվետվության և վերադաս-ենթակայի հարաբերություն:
