Bio:I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in the USA and PR. All my school years I was immersed in either language depending where I was. College was also "in both languages."
I have a very strong background in Pedagogy/education which, of course, includes literature.
I d...ecided to become a professional translator after I retired from teaching and administrative assignments at the high
school level. I have always had a passion for interpreting literature, especially with my students; it was my favorite part of the curriculum. So, I would like to start translating "real" literature, not just manuals.
I've been translating professionally for 4 years and I am certified.
