We are actively looking for an experienced Translation Project Manager for a full-time permanent post based at our offices in Nottingham, UK. To be considered YOU MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK, which in most instances means you will need existing UK or EU citizenship. We do not sponsor applicants who do not meet this requirement. More details of the role are available on our website. Essential requirements in addition to the right to work are:
1) first degree in Translation, or a first degree in another subject and a post graduate qualification in Translation
2) Experience of working in a Project Management role within the translation industry within the UK or another EU state
3) Exceptional communication skills in English and another major EU language, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian or Chinese, both orally and in writing
4) a minimum of 2 years experience working as a project manager
5) Great attention to detail
6) Ability to manage complex multilingual translation projects
7) Effective leader and team-worker
